As a founding member of Theater Mogul, Oskar brings extensive experience in entertainment and theatre production. In his role as CEO and Executive Producer, Oskar oversees all company operations with a steadfast commitment to delivering compelling and globally acclaimed productions to audiences worldwide.

Torfi Geir Simonarson

Chief Operating Officer

Reykjavik, Iceland

Torfi spearheads the financial operations at Theater Mogul, with oversight of all finance and accounting functions. When he joined the company in 2016, his primary focus was on the technical aspects of production. Today, leveraging his expertise in both finance and production, Torfi plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our producing team.

Signy is one of our original founders and has been a vital member of the Theater Mogul team for many years. Currently, she oversees specialty projects in marketing and serves as a the chairman of the board of directors, contributing to strategic decision-making and company governance.

Sigyn, one of our original founders, brings a unique blend of expertise to our organization. Although trained as a geologist, her professional career has predominantly been in the field of finance.

Jill Bowman

General Manager – USA

Since joining Theater Mogul in 2006, Jill has served as both Producer and General Manager. In these roles, she oversees comprehensive operations that include management, scouting for new properties in the United States suitable for international presentation, and their strategic acquisition.

Stefanie Leinert

General Manager – Germany

Berlin, Germany

Stefanie has been a part of Theater Mogul for many years, serving as the lead producer for CAVEMAN and CAVEQUEEN productions, among other projects. Today, Stefanie holds the position of Managing Director of the German office, overseeing our operations throughout Germany.
